At Pangaea, we use LOCALLY grown organic ingredients.

A good portion of produce comes from the Oz Farm in Point Arena. We make our own charcuterie and bake our breads out back in our wood-fired oven which we sell at the local farmers market.

Our menu is based on what the local farms can provide.

We choose to support artisanal producers and family run businesses like ours.
