| Pangaea’s food is
bold and rustic California cuisine with Euro-Asian elements.
Our menus are based on what local farmers can provide and
changes with the seasons. We use the wood fired oven in our
mobile kitchen to cook almost everything we serve including
bread and pizza, slow cooked dishes, duck confit, and for
smoking our own bacon, sausages and fish. Cooking with live
fire infuses our food with unique and rich flavors. Regardless
of where your event is, our custom-built catering trailer
gives us specialty tools to create soulful food anywhere we
